Balloon Glass Tags

Wineglasses have it easy. There are a million wineglass charms out in the world today to be bought or made – a person is rarely at a loss for these things.  However, stemless wineglasses and tumblers are a different story – they’re much harder to mark. Here’s a solution to that problem…

Mark your glasses with different colored balloons.

For this project you will need: drinking glasses, balloons in a variety of colors (the smaller the glass, the smaller the balloon) and a pair of scissors.

Cut off the neck and the bottom of the balloon.

Turn glass upside down and stretch balloon over it.

The effect is cool - the glasses look like they've been dipped in paint. You could also color coordinate your balloons to work with any holiday theme.

When you're through, just slip the balloon off and store in the drawer for next time.

Another rainy day today. It's been nice - haven't had to water the garden for a few days now.
