Beverage & Food Brands I Love For Kids And Why

There are certain brands that I love to use specifically for kids’ parties. They are brands that have great packaging, are fairly nutritious and have a bit of nostalgic charm for me. From experience as a mother of two, I find that the following suggestions are sure to be a success in your household as well.
Izze brand sodas are all natural and come in great single-serve bottles – the packaging is so attractive, you won't mind putting it directly on the table.
Cracker Jack is something completely new and exciting for young children – they can't get over the packaging and the prize inside.
Haagen-Dazs ice cream comes in a 4 oz. single-serve package that comes complete with a spoon attached to the inside of the lid.
Now, I am going to share a trick with you. Cover the ice cream package in natural baking paper (available in the baking supply aisle of your supermarket) by wrapping the paper around it and securing it with a rubber band. Tuck the spoon into the rubber band to make the “repackaging” complete.
In the bakery section of my supermarket (Dominick's) I have found alphabet cookies – I add these to the top of the ice cream to add a personal touch – each child gets a monogrammed treat!
I choose to use the baking paper because it is impervious to moisture and also keeps hands from being too cold.
This is something fun and different for a birthday party.
