Peanut Butter Apples



The great thing about these is if you make them ahead and  put them in the refrigerator, you can hand these out with a napkin and it’s a healthy, all-in-one snack.

Cored apples are filled with peanut butter to create a healthy snack for kids.

Core apples to remove center – leave the base intact so that it can hold the peanut butter in place. Using a spoon or a knife, fill centers with peanut butter – you can also sprinkle dried cranberries on top. If your child has a peanut allergy, you could try cream cheese.
