This brought a smile to their faces last night – shamrock shaped croutons added to cream of broccoli soup makes an easy and festive first course. To make these I just used a small shamrock shaped cookie cutter (available at Party City) to punch out my croutons from a slice of bread. I placed them on a cookie sheet and toasted them up in the oven. Super easy!
