Clematis Love

It never fails to make me extremely happy when my Nelly Moser Clematis blooms. It bursts with flowers that refuse to be ignored – they are absolutely stunning. The flowering is so prolific, I could grab cuttings for several bouquets and it wouldn’t even make a dent in it.

My clematis bursts with 6-inch flowers in the spring and again in late summer.

If you live in US zones 3-9 and you're looking for a knockout flowering vine for your full sun to part shade area – Nelly Moser is for you.

When the flower passes, this lovely seed head remains.

The seed head is so pretty, I add it to arrangements too.

Happiness.

So pretty! That arbor is a perfect spot for it.

And…in addition to being lovely, deadheading those quirky lil seed heads promotes more blooming! … two birds, one stone.
