Instead of using coconut liners for your wire planters, you can use burlap fabric or a burlap coffee bean sack.
I didn't feel like running out to the garden center to pick up coconut liner for my wire planters so I used coffee bag burlap instead.
Just line the planter with a few layers of burlap, fill with soil and plants and you're done.
