I was very happy when Quirk Books contacted me and asked if I would review one of their latest books – Microcrafts, Tiny Treasures to Make and Share. This book is full of super small scale projects – my kids were instantly intrigued! Each project is cuter than the last. Most projects are very doable – a few require some basic stitching skills, but all of the tutorials are beautifully photographed and clearly demonstrated. I give this book a definite thumbs up!

When I was a kid I spent many MANY hours in my room making miniture things to put inside of my mini cardboard box houses…I had over 20 of them…all ongoing and forever changing. They even had mini bathrooms with tiny working parts. This book brings back those memories. I wish I still had them to share with my children
