Jewelry displays…

My favorite necklaces draped around the neck of an old statue.

My favorite necklaces draped around the neck of an old statue; I keep this on my bedside table.

A lesson I learned from my Mother is — jewelry is too pretty to be stored in a drawer when not in use. My favorite pieces are so visually pleasing – I keep them out and enjoy their beauty all around the house. An old bulletin board covered in linen creates the perfect venue for tacking up necklaces. I also use tons of interesting looking bowls and boxes to house my rings and bracelets.

Choosing what to wear is easy when jewelry is neatly organized and lovely to look at.

This glass hand from Urban Outfitters is just my style and holds my larger rings.

The arm-like features on this vintage rubber stamp holder make it perfect for holding bracelets.

I agree! I love displaying my jewelry in a variety of ways. I do have quite the overflow, so prettiest pieces are displayed, while others are stored in a drawer that has one of those craft boxes with the little storage components in it.

I love getting different bowls for bangles, rings, and earrings – the kind you wish you could have more of for the dinner table (usually the flashy pattern ones 🙂
