Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 Review

Thanks to Staples for asking me to review the Samsung GALAXY Note 8.0. This post is a product review; the opinions and ideas expressed here are entirely my own.

The Samsung GALAXY Note 8.0 – at 5.25" x 8.25" this tablet fits well in the hand and stores easily in a purse or backpack. I found its notepad function (S Note) to operate quite well – I can pull together images and then write notes and drawings alongside them with the S Pen.

Usually, I walk around with a pen and pad in my purse — I take notes and draw sketches when the moment of inspiration hits me. However, with the GALAXY Note 8 I can take original photos or download existing images through Dropbox and create digital note pages that come together so easily and look great. Now I have a fast and accurate way to catch ideas.

This will replace my notepad for certain. I love that the S Pen works so well – you can actually draw and write quite accurately with it.

The kids are enjoying it too – it is so easy to use. Their only complaint was that a few of the apps they wanted didn't seem to be available on the tablet.

The GALAXY Note 8.0 functions quickly and easily — the instructions are clear and set up is simple. It covers all of the necessities; you can hook up your email and browse the web, take photos and video, video chat, draw and write, download apps, music, books, films and TV programs. It does it all. At a retail value of $399.99 for 16GB – I believe it’s in line with the iPad mini. I’m happy with it and would recommend this tablet.

I bought this tablet a month or two ago, and I can’t find a reason to put it down, I jot down recipies and workout plans in the Snote app and I love the organization and versatility this tablet has.
