Grilled Cheese Easter Eggs

Here’s a fast and tasty Easter breakfast (or any day meal) that the kids will love to eat and help make…

Family Chic Easter ideas

Hard boiled eggs are covered in grated cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs and toasted up in the oven for a bit – this couldn’t be any easier.

Family Chic Easter ideas

Boil eggs, peal and slice in half. To keep eggs steady I placed them in a muffin tin. You can give the muffin tin a light coat of non-stick cooking spray to keep things from sticking.

Family Chic Easter ideas

Sprinkle tops with finely grated cheddar cheese.

Family Chic Easter ideas

Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and kosher salt and place under broiler to melt and crisp up or in a 350 degree oven until cheese melts and breadcrumbs are toasted.
