This project makes a wonderful holiday gift for the dog lover in your life (we have a few neighbors and teachers who we are thinking of for this one). Starting on the 1st of December, let your fur baby celebrate the season with a biscuit every day – 25 treats are tied on this wreath – it’s a countdown for the kids and the dog.
Dog biscuit wreath - 25 Milk Bone biscuits are tied to a grapevine wreath to help the kids and the pup get in on the excitement of the approaching season.
For this project I used: small and medium Milk Bone dog biscuits (tied to the wreath with the brand side down; PetCo), red and white twine (Michaels) and a grapevine wreath (Michaels).
Tie a strand of twine around wreath, then tie on dog biscuit. I covered a small grapevine wreath perfectly with 25 bones.
Kids love to create gifts that are doable and turn out looking good - this is definitely that kind of craft. If you're up for taking this to the next level, you can always bake your own biscuits too.
