Sweater Sleeve Pot Cover

Use part of a sweater sleeve to make a potted plant prettier for giving…

Wash sweater in hot water and throw in dryer to felt it. Cut off a section from the sleeve and slip it over your plant pot.

Tuck edges of sweater in to create a finished look around the rim and base of the pot. Be sure to leave the bottom open for proper drainage. I stitched a gift card directly onto the sweater.

So easy.

    🙂
One quick question: does a sweater have to be 100% wool for this process to work?

Hi Susan! 100% wool works best – a blend is OK as long as it is mostly wool. Hope this helps 🙂 Camilla
