For as long as I can remember I’ve had a hard time with “staying in the moment”. I can ruminate on an unpleasant memory or anticipate future events going terribly wrong until the point of exhaustion. It’s my constant struggle.
While I was shopping for dog food at PetCo with my daughter the other day, I thought about creating my own inspirational message with their personalized engraved pet ID tags. For $11.00, we bought the blank tag – took it over to the engraving machine, entered our information and it carved out the message right in front of us. We’re thinking of making a few of these for Christmas gifts too.
For those moments when the little things don't go exactly the way I planned - I put "who cares" on one side.
