Cover: As I was in Bed Bath and Beyond today, buying a new coffee maker with my coupons, these ceramic milk bottles caught my eye. The large size holds 1 quart and the smaller one holds 8 ounces. My kids love to add their own milk to their cereal, but portion control is often a problem - I always give them their own creamer full of milk to insure that they use to right amount.

I picked up these porcelain milk bottles at Bed Bath & Beyond today. $7.99 for the quart size and $2.99 for the 8 oz. size - what a deal!

These bottles come with a rubber cap. You can quickly transfer milk from its original carton to this cute container to keep your table looking great. I really don't like to put anything with a label on the table when we entertain - it can really break up the look of a beautiful setting.

    Very cute. I’m picturing a few of the 8 oz ones lined up with flowers in them.

      Resa – I had the exact same thought – they’d make charming vases. When Jane saw these – she wanted to drink right out of the 8 oz. size with a straw and I thought that was a great idea too — use them to drink out of! -C

    I love stuff like this as well. They are irresistable. I could really see my youngest son drinking chocolate milk out of the small one..he would think that was the greatest.
