I was confused at first because after stapling, folding in half and making the slits with scissors, my “bow” just laid limp so I scrunched up the liners and worked with pulling the liners apart and now it looks great! My liners really wanted to stick together.
Thanks for sharing! My daughter’s 4th bday is on Monday and I am using these for her presents 🙂
