Serve up an explosive bag of popcorn this 4th of July or any day…
For this you will need: one red, one white and one blue paper lunch bag (available in the food storage aisle at Target or online).
Fringe the edge with scissors. I used fringe scissors to speed things up – available at craft and specialty paper stores.

wow!
i have wanted those fringe scissors for a long time now {i loved your paper bag nests}
i just need to grab one of those ever-present 40% off coupons & make them mine : )
I’ve used them a ton – they are a great little tool to own! Thanks for stopping by Catie!

hugs! Kim
I’ve never heard of fringe scissors, but I love these bags! I hope I can make them for the forth.
Hi Raejean! You could create the fringed edge with regular scissors too – but the fringe scissors are faster – they make 5 cuts at one time – I love them! Thanks for stopping by and commenting! Take Care, C
hmmmm…..added fringe scissors to my amazon wish list!!! Cool idea!
