Tomato bisque soup with pumpernickel bread croutons make it easy to serve up a fun Halloween lunch with a smile.

Just cut out jack-o-latern shapes from pumpernickel bread, toast in the oven and place on top of tomato soup.

This only took a few extra minutes to make and my daughter got a kick out of it.
