Chopstick Icicles

The tapered shape of a chopstick lends itself quite well to this project - it makes a great icicle!

A quick dusting of gold glitter and plain chopsticks are transformed into sparkling icicles!

For this project you will need: chopsticks (sold by the bag at grocery stores), glue, glitter, a craft brush, floral wire and wire clippers.

Separate chopsticks. Cut a 5-inch piece of wire and wrap it around the thick end of the chopstick. Make a hook with the end of the wire.

Coat entire chopstick with glue and dust with glitter -- I used gold because it's my favorite, but any color would work.

The glitter covers the wrapped wire.

Let dry for a bit and then hang your new icicles on your tree.
