Quick Coat Revamp Video

Add personal details to a plain wool coat to make it your own. Check out my video tutorial below for the full story.

For about $10.00, you can pick up a bag of embroidery floss at a craft or fabric store and you're on your way.

Just a few easy stitches with some brightly colored embroidery floss is all that it takes.

adorei a cor do seu casaco. Obrigada por compartilhar esse projeto. Vou fazer algo parecido no casaco da minha filha.

Thanks so much, Patti! I picked it up at Old Navy – they had a sale recently, I think I paid about $50.00 or so.

!!SHUT UP!! This makes me want to raid my closet for old wool coats just so I can embroider them. And I am really bad at embroidery –but this, THIS I can handle!

Oooh, so cool! I never would have thought you could get that result with simple embroidery floss and a needle! This is pretty much genius, so moder and vintage at the same time. Love it!

Thanks Michelle! So glad you like it. I am thinking of doing another video tutorial – in the next one I will show how to hack an old skirt! :)
      Take care, C
